At Two Letter Tees, every shirt is made just for you when you order it. Because of that, our return policy is a little different than traditional stores—but we’ll always do our best to make things right.

🧵 Made-to-Order Items

All of our products are made to order, which means we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Change of mind

  • Ordering the wrong design

Please double-check sizing and details before placing your order.

❗ Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Or not what you ordered

We’ve got you covered.

Include:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the item

  • A brief description of the issue

Once reviewed, we will:

  • Send a replacement at no cost, or

  • Issue a refund if a replacement isn’t possible

📦 Lost Packages

If your order appears lost in transit:

  • First, please check with your local carrier

  • If it still hasn’t arrived, contact us within 14 days of the estimated delivery date

We’ll work with our fulfillment partner to resolve it.

🚫 Incorrect Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout. If an order is returned to the sender, we can reship it at your expense.
